Excellent customer service skills and the ability to advise customers on repair versus replacement options
Ability to maintain proper supply, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the truck
Willingness to travel to job sites within the service areas
Ability to communicate effectively with managers and customers regarding schedules and delays
Ability to properly complete invoices and obtain customer authorization/signatures
Must have and maintain a good driving and background record
Willingness to learn and operate an iPad
Willingness to work overtime if needed and occasional Saturday availability
Knowledgeable or willingness to learn electrical codes and apply them to job sites
Ability to work with inspectors, suppliers, and coworkers to ensure work is performed correctly and within code requirements
Georgia Electrical License (Preferred)
Driver's License required

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and equipment
Assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options
Maintain a well-stocked truck with necessary supplies, parts, and tools
Travel to job sites within designated service areas
Communicate effectively with managers and customers regarding schedules and potential delays
Complete invoices and obtain customer authorization for financial decisions
Adhere to all relevant electrical codes and safety regulations
Work collaboratively with inspectors, suppliers, and coworkers
