Requirements
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install electrical elements
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options
- Maintain proper supply, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the truck
- Willingness to travel to job sites within the service area and maintain parts, and communicate with dispatchers, manager, and installation teams
- Properly complete invoices and obtain customer authorization/signatures
- Good driving and background record
- Pass drug screenings
- Willingness to learn to operate an iPad
- Willingness to work overtime if the situation arises
- Occasional Saturday availability
- Ability to meet sales goals
