Responsibilities

Installation of Solar Panels: Execute the assembly and mounting of solar panels on various structures, ensuring optimal placement for maximum energy capture and efficiency
Electrical Wiring and Connection: Connect solar panels to electrical systems, including inverters, batteries, and grid interconnection points; ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards
System Testing and Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing of solar energy systems to verify proper functionality and performance; troubleshoot and resolve any issues
Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks on solar panels and associated equipment (e.g., cleaning, inspection, system optimization); diagnose and repair faults or malfunctions
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installation activities (e.g., equipment specifications, wiring diagrams, test results); generate reports on system performance and maintenance/repair work
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to explain system operation, maintenance requirements, and troubleshooting procedures; address concerns professionally
Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols; identify potential hazards and implement measures to minimize risks
