Requirements
- Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and 3+ years’ experience building cable harnesses, performing wiring termination and testing systems
- Ability to work in a complex environment identifying the correct processes to use, being comfortable working from written work instructions or engineering documentation
- Confidence to ask for help when needed or to stop work when things aren't right
Responsibilities
- Review daily tasks and specific projects that need attention, primarily involving assembling cable harnesses, installing system wire, and building electro-mechanical assemblies
- Assemble cable harnesses, build electro-mechanical devices, route, and terminate pneumatics and wires in final assembly
- Perform product testing and machine configuration
- Follow and contribute to processes within a best-in-class manufacturing environment
