Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Software Engineering, or approved equivalent
Experience in software programming for PLC Equipment, IOT, or other devices for data collection

Responsibilities

Create, modify, and check equipment software to meet equipment process specifications, including budget and project timing
Create and maintain equipment forms and documentation, including schematics, software, maintenance manual, and spare parts
Develop and present Technical Equipment Design Review materials to the group during program development phases, based on standards or R&D items
Conduct feasibility studies on new designs and validation of equipment for production robustness
Guide support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing, and prototype fabrication
Attend program meetings to report equipment program status, issues, and proposed solutions
Provide electrical schematics and review with suppliers to complete equipment setup for the desired process
Electrically test parts for function review and customer build events
Perform electrical circuit analysis of client products to determine the cause of failure and improvements
Perform other related duties as required
