  • Currently enrolled in a B.S. program in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude

  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn from experienced engineers
  • Proficiency with MS Office and general computer literacy

Responsibilities

  • Support electrical engineering contractors with renewable facility design, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and RFIs
  • Assist project managers with preliminary design of low voltage systems, collection systems, and substations
  • Contribute to the development and updates of electrical specifications and standards for contractors
  • Assist with preparing bid packages and evaluating contractor and supplier proposals
  • Review electrical equipment and material proposals and prepare bid tab evaluations
  • Take on additional engineering support tasks as assigned
