Responsibilities

  • Independently initiating, designing, and implementing new savings products and modifications to the offering
  • Shaping and developing medium- and long-term deposit offering strategy that meets the bank's liquidity needs
  • Ongoing monitoring of deposit levels, volatility, and the impact of product decisions on liquidity
  • Co-creating pricing scenarios and recommendations based on margin analysis, cost of funding, and market benchmarks
  • Managing the full product lifecycle, including participation in roadmaps, implementations, and transformation projects
  • Tracking market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive shifts, and proposing proactive actions
