Candidates should possess an completed technical education, preferably as a Verfahrensmechaniker (Process Technician), Kunststoffformengeber (Plastic Mold Former), Industriemechaniker (Industrial Mechanic), Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (Machine and Plant Operator), or Zerspanungsmechaniker (Precision Machinist). Experience in the automotive sector is desirable, and flexibility and the ability to work in a 4-shift operation are required.
The Einrichter/ Verfahrensmechaniker (Installer/Process Technician) will be responsible for the setup, commissioning, and startup of silicone injection molding machines and automation systems from various manufacturers. This includes monitoring the injection process, conducting process optimizations, troubleshooting malfunctions, operating multiple machines, performing quality-relevant tests, continuously reviewing process parameters, evaluating reference patterns, granting production approvals, carrying out maintenance work, and performing material changes on supply systems.
