Reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment, including a willingness to wear multiple hats and help as needed
Ability to prioritize all tasks and work in a fast-paced work environment
Strong customer/client-focused mindset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google programs (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse work experience is a plus
Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry
Physical abilities: bending and twisting (neck/waist, squatting), computer use (typing, mouse work, sitting/looking at screen for long periods), regular hand use, hearing alarms/signals/verbal instructions, receiving/inspecting submissions (using sharp blade, retrieving from packaging), sitting or standing for extended periods
Legally able to work in the United States (e-Verify)

Responsibilities

Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type
Match, count, and check items
Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility
Enter items and print stickers
Sort all orders by return carrier service
Verify order correctness and completeness
Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape, and attach outside label
Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order
