Experience in people management of 10+ members at an SIer, consulting firm, or business company
Project lead experience as a team leader, including off-shore members
Ability to communicate smoothly with customers and internal/external related organizations
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese (N1 level equivalent for non-native speakers)
Knowledge and qualifications in ServiceNow or IT service management (preferred)
Project lead experience in ServiceNow solutions or application development, including build, development, and operations/maintenance (preferred)
TOEIC 800+ English proficiency (preferred)

Responsibilities

Support department head in organizational operations to drive business expansion
