Responsibilities

Provide virtual consultation services to managers and HR partners on behavioral health and workplace topics
Respond to initial leadership contacts and inquiries for services
Assess situations and determine appropriate course of action
Coordinate expatriate pre-assignment interview process
Support the Drug Free Workplace program
Assist with other EAP initiatives
Present training and CIDs (if applicable)
Manage mandatory Drug Free Workplace referrals
Coordinate with affiliate providers or onsite counselors
Provide backup support to Onsite EAP Counselors at domestic sites
