Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for daily execution of core planning processes (Supply, Demand, Production, Inventory) for VELYS Enabling Tech, managing operational planning, issue resolution, and driving KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, MPSA, and CBO
Drive cross-functional decision-making by partnering with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance leadership, ensuring planning processes across the network align with business priorities
Serve as a key planning contact for E2E Supply Chain leadership and Value Stream Leaders (VSLs)
Lead STEM-based sense and respond processes to proactively identify, track, and mitigate supply risks, prioritize critical customer needs, and sustain service levels through actionable, data-driven insights
Identify and drive planning optimization opportunities that improve Gross Profit (GP), strengthen service levels, and enable scalable business growth across the global network
Build and refine reporting, dashboards
