Requirements

5+ years of game development experience with complete project production experience
Experience with either console or 2.5D perspective game production is preferred
Proficient in Unreal Engine 5 and familiar with various features of UE5
Ability to make judgments on the trade-off between effects and performance, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and project drive
Possess high-quality scene design, atmosphere creation, and high-quality scene restoration/replication capabilities
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly express ideas and coordinate effectively with colleagues
Ability to handle a certain amount of work pressure, with a passion for game development
Prior experience with large-scale Western realistic mobile games or AAA-level projects is preferred

Responsibilities

Complete high-quality and reasonable scene design and atmosphere creation based on project requirements and world view characteristics
Propose corresponding level design optimization plans based on game content, rationally planning map resource sizes
Collaborate with various departments to produce final game-required levels, capable of controlling the final engine effects
Stay abreast of industry trends and pursue artistic quality
