Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison with 3PL partners to ensure seamless and efficient daily operations
  • Oversee all aspects of ecommerce operations, including inventory stock-in, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate closely with third-party logistics providers and carriers to guarantee timely, cost-effective deliveries
  • Monitor and analyze shipping performance metrics, proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
  • Manage the returns process by overseeing returns providers and coordinating with 3PL to ensure smooth handling
  • Lead and supervise physical returns processing activities at 3PL facilities to maintain quality and efficiency
