Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O, proven expertise with multiple products in the D365 Unified Operations portfolio including Financials & Accounting, Budgeting, Project Management, Distribution, Transportation, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Sales Orders, and Retail, 3+ years of expertise with Dataverse and the PowerPlatform, and 3+ years’ experience with integrations/APIs. Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate to different audiences and proficiency in workshop facilitation are required. Possessing designations such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Architect will design, architect, and implement solutions with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, analyze complex requirements, develop IT strategies, create relevant documentation, provide high-level technical support, and resolve complex system issues. They will collaborate with business users, support teams, developers, and Microsoft to ensure system stability and performance, support code deployments, and participate in regression testing and UAT. Additionally, they will serve as the final escalation point for all functional and technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence, and work closely with Microsoft support to manage critical issues.
