Requirements

Must have 6 months of continuous employment with 1 employer within the last 2 years in a manufacturing production or industrial setting (must be documented on application or resume)
Rehire criteria: minimum waiting period of 180 days and no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods
Willing and able to perform physical demands: standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, shoveling, climbing stairs and ladders up to 60 feet, bending, stretching, reaching, working in extreme hot, cold, inclement weather, and odors
Able to use basic hand tools and perform basic mechanical and maintenance functions
Able to maintain clean work area using soap and high pressure hose
Able to read and complete required logs
Able to communicate with supervisor and co-workers via two-way radio
May be required to operate frontend loader or forklift (certification required)
Willing to work Shift C: Wednesday 1 pm to 7 pm and Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7 am to 7 pm
