Requirements

  • Minimum SPM and above
  • Experience in courier services will be an advantage
  • Valid driving license and GDL if driving company vehicle
  • Clean driving record
  • No police records
  • Possess good attitude and customer-oriented
  • Age between 27 years old - 35 years old

Responsibilities

  • Loading, transporting, and delivering goods to customers, recipients, and stations safely and on time
  • Checking orders before and after delivery to ensure that names and addresses are within its coverage area
  • Ensuring all items to be delivered or picked up are safe and free from damage. Reporting any discrepancies to the Station Head if found
  • Ensuring that the names and addresses on the items to be collected or delivered match the actual person and location in the system
  • Collecting payment for cash-on-delivery (COD) items upon delivery if applicable. Ensuring that collected COD matches the system
  • Ensuring that all COD money collected from customers is managed by the Station Head/Fleet Assistant every day
  • Contacting customers before failed deliveries
  • Complying with designated routes and adhering to schedules
  • Complying with all transportation laws and maintaining safe driving records
