Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dividends & Rebates team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliverables
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 9-10 partners (including 7-8 direct reports), fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and high performance
Manage recruitment, performance appraisals, and career development initiatives
Represent the team in client service and due diligence meetings and other internal and external forums
Drive strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with departmental goals
Ensure full adherence to client service standards, regulatory obligations, and internal policies
Manage the impact of strategic, regulatory, and operational changes on dividend and rebate processes
Provide oversight of outsourced teams, ensuring quality and consistency across jurisdictions
Lead the incident management process for Dividends and Rebates, ensuring timely reporting and root cause analysis
Implement risk-based solutions to mitigate recurring issues
Coordinate responses to internal and external audits, including Trustee and Compliance reviews
Maintain robust control frameworks and contribute to governance reporting
