Responsibilities

  • Mapeamento das necessidades de educação e treinamento, compreensão dos programas globais disponíveis, disseminação global e criação local de programas para desenvolver lacunas emergentes locais em competências essenciais, conhecimento em tecnologia e digital
  • Definir estratégias escaláveis e de alto impacto
  • Design e implementação de programas de desenvolvimento de liderança, como mentoria e diferentes programas focados em competências de lideranças em diferentes níveis
  • Gerenciar um P&L, otimizando investimentos em programas de talentos para maximizar impacto e escalabilidade
  • Liderar equipes, supervisionando L&D, T&A, DEI, garantir a conformidade com as políticas e regulamentos de recursos humanos a nível global
  • Analisar tendências de mercado e adaptar as estratégias de recursos humanos conforme necessário
  • Responsável pela parceria com negócios para aprimorar a cultura de alto desempenho e facilitar mudanças organizacionais alinhadas aos objetivos da companhia
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias que promovam um ambiente de trabalho inclusivo e equitativo, cultivando uma cultura de diversidade e inclusão em todos os níveis
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de recrutamento e seleção, garantindo que a empresa atraia os melhores talentos em todas as regiões
  • Participar de projetos globais, atuando na construção de produtos escaláveis e internalizando eles para o Brasil, bem como dividir as melhores práticas locais para que possam ser adaptadas para outras regiões
