Requirements

Responsibilities
- Integrate hospitality and food amenities into broader workplace initiatives including wellness, sustainability, inclusion and hybrid work model
- Promote a hospitality first mindset across all Corporate Services touchpoints
- Tailor food and hospitality amenities to enrich workplace culture and align with employee expectations
- Collaborate with global team members to share best practices and contribute to the development of scalable, future ready hospitality environments worldwide
- Provide operational input into infrastructure planning and equipment specification
- Ensure scalability and future readiness of hospitality environments
- Partner with global peers to drive culinary innovation and consistency in food quality, safety, and sustainability standards
- Lead the strategy and implementation of onsite food and beverage programs
- Develop and implement service tiers tailored to site size and function
- Drive culinary innovation and optimization in partnership with vendors
- Ensure vendor excellence in food quality, safety, presentation, and sustainability
- Own culinary amenity budgets across sites, including capital and operational spend
- Lead vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management including assurance of all necessary licenses
- Oversee contract compliance and service level delivery
- Serve as a liaison between the European region and the global team, ensuring regional execution supports global transformation goals and standards
- Adapt hospitality program and strategy to reflect regional preferences and cultural nuances
- Ensure consistent service delivery across insourced, outsourced, and landlord-provided models
