Responsibilities

Lead, scale, and optimize Global Master Data domains
Oversee delivery and governance of data quality, governance, lineage, pipelines, products, infrastructure, and automation for reliable, secure, and efficient data delivery
Work with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence
Manage a portfolio of around 50-60 associates, providing oversight to drive operational excellence through best practices in data quality, governance, pipeline monitoring, automation, and incident management using AI/ML-enabled observability tools
Guide and mentor the team while nurturing a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity
Collaborate with key stakeholders to create a strategy aligning with business objectives
Inspire and guide a high-performing team by setting clear goals, fostering accountability, and creating a culture of continuous improvement
Lead projects from inception through deployment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines
Provide data & analytics architecture oversight, crafting and implementing robust information architecture for effective integration
