Responsibilities

  • Lead, scale, and optimize Global Master Data domains
  • Oversee delivery and governance of data quality, governance, lineage, pipelines, products, infrastructure, and automation for reliable, secure, and efficient data delivery
  • Work with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence
  • Manage a portfolio of around 50-60 associates, providing oversight to drive operational excellence through best practices in data quality, governance, pipeline monitoring, automation, and incident management using AI/ML-enabled observability tools
  • Guide and mentor the team while nurturing a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create a strategy aligning with business objectives
  • Inspire and guide a high-performing team by setting clear goals, fostering accountability, and creating a culture of continuous improvement
  • Lead projects from inception through deployment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines
  • Provide data & analytics architecture oversight, crafting and implementing robust information architecture for effective integration
