Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
10+ years of experience in global tax strategy and compliance, including leadership roles
Expertise in international tax regulations, transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions
Familiarity with IPO preparation and public company tax requirements
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage tax compliance and strategy in a global, fast-growing organization

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global tax strategy that supports Zenoti’s business objectives and maximizes tax efficiency
Provide guidance on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and tax implications of international expansion
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations in the jurisdictions where Zenoti operates
Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, audits, and reporting requirements
Partner with external advisors to stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations
Support the CFO in IPO preparation by ensuring tax compliance aligns with SEC and public company requirements
Develop tax reporting processes that meet public company standards
Identify and mitigate potential tax risks, including those related to global operations, indirect taxes, and digital services taxes
Establish internal controls and processes to reduce exposure to tax-related risks
Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions
Partner with external advisors and auditors to manage tax audits and inquiries
