  • Advise executive leadership and business units on indirect tax implications of corporate initiatives, including M&A, restructuring, and digital transformation
  • Monitor global VAT/GST legislative developments and proactively identify opportunities and risks
  • Lead indirect tax aspects of cross-border transactions, supply chain planning, and business model optimization
  • Provide technical guidance on VAT/GST issues including registration, place of supply, input tax recovery, and tax determination
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and commercial teams to structure operations and contracts for optimal indirect tax outcomes
  • Establish strong indirect tax governance frameworks and controls across jurisdictions
  • Partner with compliance teams to ensure consistent tax policy implementation
  • Manage relationships with external advisors and tax authorities where necessary
