  • Bachelor’s Degree and above, 12+ years working experiences in Supply Chain and 5+ years in a leading role
  • Experience in ERP (SAP, Oracle, SQL), good at data analysis
  • Proven experience in cross functional leadership

Responsibilities

  • Develop supply chain digital transformation strategic plan, and work with both global and local cross functions to drive the execution
  • Drive order to cash process development, Demand/Supply Planning Improvement, Process Optimization, Inventory management, Master Data Management, Supply Chain PMO and Supply Chain infrastructure, roadmap, then to make ThermoFisher supply chain a digital organization
  • Define and lead supply chain business insights and analytics strategy by determining business needs, issues and scenarios from functional supply chain, build a variety of views and dashboards to analyze and predict business scenarios
  • Build supply chain excellence knowledge base system and provide learning and sharing by accumulating excellent practices into standardized operations
  • Be in charge of supply chain design and flow-path analysis, route planning, inventory deployment, and related advanced analytics. Define related SOP to ensure compliance and applicability of related process system
  • Drive continuous improvement, as a means to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain organization
  • Responsible for assessing performance, identifying improvement initiatives, and coordinating execution of improvement initiatives across all pillars of the supply chain. Functions in scope for this review include: Production Planning, Transportation, Distribution, Logistics, Inventory Management and EHS
  • Enhance the supply chain excellence team, improve overall competency level
  • Coach and develop team to face the volatility and complexity business situation, aggressively focusing on change management
