- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or other quantitative fields (or equivalent experience); MBA degree is a plus
- 15+ overall years of professional business experience
- 7+ years of leadership experience
- Experience sourcing hardware category in fast-paced enterprise hi-tech environment
- Hands-on sourcing experience as part of a small team and strong negotiating skills
- Leader with vision and experience working at a global scale
- Deep category experience and a record of execution excellence

Responsibilities
- Source compute, networking, storage and other hardware needs
- Deliver hands-on sourcing services to the business including RFx execution, negotiations, contracting reviews and other sourcing-related activities
- Drive global hardware category sourcing strategy
- Be a trusted partner to business partners in Engineering, IT, Operations, Finance, and Legal
- Cultivate strong partnerships across the organization and advise business partners and executive leaders
