Requirements
- At least 10+ years of professional experience and track record working in Solution Sales Engineering with MNOs
- Deep understanding of Radio Access Network/OSS and Core across 2G/4G & 5G – Must
- Extensive knowledge of the MNOs world and cellular network in particular – Must
- Extensive verbal and written communication skills and interacting with technical executives, including high standard and quality presentation and proposal writing – Must
- Exceptional organization skills with ability to articulate and gain client mind share
- Ability to work independently on numerous activities and prioritize properly to meet deadlines
- Ability and flexibility to travel to meet clients in the region – up to 30%
Responsibilities
- Provide Sales leadership with technical support in the sales process
- Be a thought leader and trusted advisor to MNOs Technical Managers
- Document (via diagram & description) complete solution (RAN & others) to describe the benefits of our products
- Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training
- Serve as regional subject matter expert for our product offering and industry trends
- Clearly communicate customer’s requirements to our teams responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing support of Parallel Wireless solution
- Develop technical sales material for customer engagement
- Support Parallel Wireless targets (Sales & Marketing) in your region & globally
- Maintain a solid relationship with key technical stakeholders and develop new relations with existing & new MNOs
