Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Project or Process Management
  • At least 2 years experience in Operations Management

  • At least 2 years experience in People Management
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional experience working directly within the travel industry (airline management, corporate travel, tour operation, or hospitality)

  • 10+ years of overall experience as a Project or Process Manager
  • Business Process Management certification, Six Sigma Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt certification, Agile Coach certification, Compliance Certification (CRCM)

Responsibilities

  • Support a fast growing business through product development lifecycle from ideation to execution
  • Advise and consult with risk and business teams to help develop well-designed products, processes, and supporting technologies and implement risk management practices; support business partners to drive the risk/return trade-off decisions
  • Partner closely with the business teams to lead and deliver on our well-managed agenda
  • Stay abreast of the changing regulatory environment of the travel industry and understand the impacts to the business areas that you support
  • Work with business partners to validate risk processes impacting the companies bottom line
  • Use analytical skills to conduct Risk Process Improvement, Process Design & Process Excellence
