Director, Regional Operations (New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts) at BJ's Wholesale Club

A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with 7+ years of management experience in retail (3+ years in a general/lead manager role), strong business acumen, coaching and mentoring, communication and interpersonal skills, and judgment with critical thinking to organize and analyze data.
