  • Knowledge of compliance with regulatory, legal, and commercial regulations (e.g., Contract Pricing Committee, Copy Approval Committee)
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional business partners on scientific strategies for market access
  • Ability to directly initiate and manage research studies and related projects
  • Expertise as a subject matter and functional area expert in responding to U.S.-focused Health Technology/Value Assessments
  • Ensuring quality of design, execution, publication of real-world evidence studies, and quality of models & tools developed

Responsibilities

  • Lead market access scientific strategy, evidence generation, and dissemination plans for early pipeline products, including IRA products
  • Ensure RWV&E activities are built into US business plans and lead scientific strategic planning to enable market access
  • Formulate key research questions, identify analytical questions to shape market access strategy, design/conduct studies, plan/conduct market access analytics, manage publications, develop communication materials (e.g., Evidence & Access decks), and partner with RWV&E Field for compliant payer communication
  • Align projects to the IEGP and business needs, executing them on time
  • Collaborate with internal/external experts to prioritize/generate rigorous scientific data and develop dissemination plans supporting the IEGP
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and commercial regulations in research and scientific information dissemination
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners on scientific strategies to support market access
  • Directly initiate and manage research studies and other related projects
  • Serve as subject matter and functional area expert responding to U.S.-focused Health Technology/Value Assessments
  • Ensure quality of design, execution, publication of real-world evidence studies, and quality of models & tools for business partners
