Requirements

  • Experience in strategy development and project management across organizations with measurable financial, quality, and cycle time results
  • Experience managing real estate transactions including leased and owned property acquisition, lease renewals, lease terminations, property strategic planning, and development
  • Ability to establish partnerships across E&PS (Real Estate, Project Management, Engineering & Design, Facilities Management, Business Operations) in all regions, Finance, Legal, EHS&S, and external real estate partners
  • Location flexibility in the US or Europe

Responsibilities

  • Direct, lead, and manage full responsibility for Johnson & Johnson’s global program to monetize and divest surplus owned real estate properties
  • Provide Sales & Valuation (S&V) leadership, guidance, and counsel to Leadership and Supply Chain PMO teams
  • Implement and manage approved monetization strategies
  • Track and report progress on value delivery, risk, and cost for each deal
  • Maintain playbooks based on lessons learned and best practices
