Requirements

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Preferred: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to orchestrate team engagement and ensure follow-up on action items
  • Knowledge of the payments industry and Visa Direct is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate teams, provide structure, transparency, and follow-up on important action items from QBRs, leadership team meetings, and other executive forums to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare materials including reports, presentations, and other documents as needed to support executive decision-making
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
  • Track and manage key projects, tasks, and deliverables for the executive team, with a focus on Visa Direct growth FY26 initiatives and FY30 aspirations
  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Synthesize complex data to provide clear and actionable insights
  • Coordinate and facilitate team engagement, fostering collaboration and communication across cross-functional departments
  • Integrate existing tools and processes to track and measure tangible performance metrics
  • Embrace AI, develop and maintain tracking systems and dashboards to provide visibility into project status and key metrics
  • Identify and expand AI use cases beyond Word and Excel for RFP responses, including PowerPoint, pitch, executive summary, Agentic AI for RFP project management, and other process automation opportunities
