Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and experience of the crypto native industry in the Middle-East
  • Enterprise software (SaaS) sales experience
  • Experience running a sales team
  • Experience formalizing and supporting the co-sell motion in working with technology partners (preferred)
  • Track record of over-achievement in a sales position
  • Track record of success and closing complex deals within the financial services or fintech sectors
  • Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
  • A willingness to prospect and qualify for new opportunities
  • Thrives in a team-selling environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Passionate, intelligent and engaging, with a drive, energy and integrity
  • Operates with trust, but also inspects and enquires

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing a high-performing team of four Sales Directors and one Account Executive across the Middle-East and Africa
  • Leading the execution of the Go-To-Market strategy within the “core market” (crypto-native organizations)
  • Building and executing the core markets sales strategy across Middle-East and Africa
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual team revenue targets
  • Leading the development and implementation of robust forecast planning
  • Taking ownership of sales targets to achieve and exceed them
  • Working closely with Fireblocks BDRs and GTM Team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
  • Driving prospecting, territory, and target account planning
  • Inspecting pipeline, updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team
  • Expanding market presence and enhancing customer relationships across the territory
