Director of Real Estate & Workplace at Lambda

The salary range is $206K - $275K.

This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the San Francisco office 4 days per week, with Tuesday designated as the work-from-home day.

Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field, 5–10+ years in corporate facilities/operations and vendor management, 3–5+ years managing a team in a scaling environment, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and experience in hyper-growth environments.
