  • Keep offices humming: supplies, security, space, amenities
  • Partner with the engagement team on all-hands and team events
  • Manage building upkeep, safety, and security systems
  • Ensure all properties meet safety and regulatory requirements
  • Own the annual budget for facilities and workplace operations
  • Build strong, efficient vendor relationships
  • Manage vendors and negotiate contracts
  • Partner with the facilities team to plan and execute events
