Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within high-growth or ecommerce-driven businesses
  • Deep FP&A expertise with a proven ability to manage large-scale data and financial systems (SQL, Excel, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling early-stage processes
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to partner with executives and guide strategic decisions
