Requirements

Responsibilities
As a Director of Engineering, you will lead the engineering efforts to scale Atlan’s core Platform capabilities, building the critical foundation for their data collaboration platform. You will define and execute the technical strategy for Atlan’s Platform Business Unit, encompassing infrastructure, onboarding, observability, metadata systems, and developer productivity. This includes significantly reducing cloud costs while improving system performance and operational margins, enabling faster customer onboarding, driving next-generation metadata capabilities, modernizing infrastructure deployment, and implementing AI-powered observability.
