  • Proven experience in F2P mobile games, with deep expertise in both economy design and business performance analysis
  • Track record of leading game economies through all stages — from early design to live operation
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using dashboards, cohort analysis, and forecasting tools
  • A strategic, systems-thinking mindset with a bias for action and iteration
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable aligning stakeholders across Product, Design, and UA
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring talent across design and analytics

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Economy Design team and own the design of in-game economies — including currencies, rewards, progression loops, and pricing
  • Balance player motivation with revenue goals, ensuring systems feel rewarding and commercially sound
  • Guide the development of economic features from concept through live ops — tuning for retention, fairness, and growth
  • Partner with Value & Enabling Streams to ensure the game economy supports player segmentation, LiveOps planning, content strategy, and overall revenue goals
  • Act as a thought leader in economy design across the studio — aligning teams around long-term economy health and player value
  • Lead the Business Analytics team and own the analysis around key business metrics — LTV, ARPU, retention, monetization behavior, economy health
  • Turn data into decisions: diagnose performance issues, identify new opportunities, and inform product direction
  • Build forecasting models and performance dashboards to support strategic planning and live ops tuning
  • Collaborate closely with analysts and data scientists, ensuring economy and analytics work hand in hand
  • Elevate analytics as a creative tool — not just for measurement, but for insight and innovation
