Requirements

Hospitality Experience (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Highly experienced working with Restaurant365 accounting software
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and IF Statements)
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills (preference for sending follow-up emails)
Experience with MarginEdge, Ottimate, or xtraCHEF (Preferred)
Familiarity with the restaurant industry (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Managing daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping and accounting tasks for Restaurant365 clients
Coaching, mentoring, and building a team
Reconciling bank and general ledger accounts
Performing month and year-end closing accounting functions
Preparing and presenting financial reports
Conducting Zoom calls with clients as needed
Inputting and approving AP invoices
Validating POS reports and making daily sales journal entries
Entering payroll journal entries and other necessary entries
Reconciling third-party accounts
Supervising or performing training, coaching, and mentoring of staff
