Responsibilities

The Director, North America Marketing will lead the North American marketing team, driving the go-to-market strategy and executing innovative campaigns to attract new customers and deepen relationships with the existing base. This role involves owning the strategy and execution for attracting new customers, fueling expansion revenue through targeted campaigns, mentoring and empowering a high-performing team, serving as a liaison between regional marketing and sales/product teams, and managing the regional marketing budget for maximum return by optimizing programs based on KPIs and performance data.
