  • Experience in translational measurement strategies using human data from fluids, tissues, high-dimensional biology, and neuroimaging
  • Capability to develop and implement innovative biomarker strategies for target selection, early phase clinical trials, regulatory filings, and post-market activities
  • Readiness to serve as a key member of Discovery Biology Teams and lead preparation for the Neuroscience Translational Forum
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams to turn ideas into actionable plans

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the Precision Measures team supporting discovery phase neuropsychiatry programs
  • Develop and coordinate the translational measurement strategy, including patient stratification and advanced endpoints
  • Create and implement innovative biomarker strategies by partnering with experts across Precision Measures, Neuroscience, and J&J Innovative Medicines
  • Serve as a key member of Discovery Biology Teams
  • Lead preparation for the Neuroscience Translational Forum to align with and receive input from the Neuroscience Leadership Team
  • Manage cross-functional teams to turn ideas into plans and evaluate progress
  • Support discovery with human data for target selection
  • Advance novel decision-making biomarkers for early phase clinical trials
  • Provide biomarker support for regulatory filings, post-market publications, and diagnostics
