Responsibilities

  • Lead packaging strategy for Spotify’s Premium offerings, defining how new features and content are bundled and positioned across markets
  • Develop global consumer propositions to drive sustainable, profitable growth
  • Work with content verticals (Music, Audiobooks, Podcasts) to translate new content and innovation into clear user propositions
  • Champion creativity and experimentation, piloting new bundles and value combinations that deepen engagement and retention
  • Synthesize insights and performance data to refine the product portfolio, surfacing learnings and clear recommendations
  • Ensure coherence and clarity across the full Premium portfolio, balancing global frameworks with local market nuance
