Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data and Analytics, Business, Finance or related field (or suitable combination of education, experience and training)
  • 10+ years of experience leading reporting and visualization initiatives, including leading large-scale reporting transformations
  • Demonstrated success in implementing standardized reporting frameworks and visualization strategies globally
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and finance business processes
  • Strong track record of leading change in a complex, matrix organization
  • Mastery of finance-specific analytics and reporting frameworks
  • Expert in Data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with cloud data stacks (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Exceptional ability to simplify complex problems and drive scalable solutions
  • Expert interpersonal, written and verbal skills with proven ability to educate, inform, persuade, and achieve understanding and buy-in across technical and business audiences
  • Proven track record of leading change in a global, matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the vision for global financial reporting and visualization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
  • Establish best practices for self-service and standardized reporting at scale
  • Lead a team responsible for month-end performance management and quarterly external reporting, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Be a champion for change, driving adoption of standardized reporting and visualization tools across Finance, advancing new ways of working
  • Create strong connections and partner with global finance leaders to co-develop solutions and optimize reporting processes
  • Oversee the development and delivery of reporting training leveraging Nike’s learning and development guidelines as well as managing centralized reporting portals
