Requirements

  • Proven experience building enterprise products powered by large language models (LLMs) and leading multiple geo-distributed teams
  • Proven technical leader with experience guiding engineering teams in innovation and product development
  • Strong engineering background with intermediate Python skills and familiarity with additional languages and open-source AI frameworks
  • Skilled in designing and implementing technical solutions to complex engineering challenges
  • Experienced in building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade machine learning models
  • Track record of bringing cutting-edge innovations into real-world applications
  • Hold a Master’s degree in a STEM field or at least 10-15 years hands-on experience building scalable enterprise software
  • Adept at collaborating with research teams, brainstorming innovative ideas, and jointly developing research roadmaps
  • Strong technical leadership, mentor managers and senior individual contributors, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Exceptional people management and communication skills
  • Committed to continuous learning, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge sharing

Responsibilities

  • Play a major role in leading teams and building products using the latest innovations around LLMs and agentic systems
  • Lead multiple teams building core product capabilities, including areas of observability of agentic systems, designing and building feedback loops to improve agentic systems, and techniques for diagnosing issues / optimizing prompt configurations
  • Work closely with teams across ASAPP, including Product, Research and Platform / Infrastructure
  • Keep up with and apply the latest innovations from the NLP / Speech community that could impact our product
