The Regional Sales Director will provide management oversight to Regional Sales Managers to drive sales strategy and goal attainment, and participate in strategic planning sessions. Responsibilities include communicating corporate strategy, planning and directing sales activities, establishing goals and quotas, identifying needed resources and proposing budgets, and identifying and qualifying enterprise sales opportunities. The role also involves acting as a coach and mentor to sales managers, selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel, and keeping senior leadership informed of key issues impacting business results.
