Requirements

  • Ability to oversee a diverse, global team of approximately 20 people managing transactional EQ Quality activities
  • Expertise in Operational Excellence (OpEx) activities, budget management, and EQ business processes
  • Skills in monitoring trends in key quality metrics, budget, and resource management
  • Hands-on leadership for day-to-day activities combined with strategic mindset for long-term success
  • Experience leading teams to foster growth, learning, and optimal performance

Responsibilities

  • Act as OpEx and Quality Operations point of contact within P&O and with other EQ personnel
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and platform OpEx leaders to identify opportunities to transfer transactional activities from EQ Site Quality Leads to EQ Quality Operations team
  • Evaluate business cases for improvement initiatives, prioritize needs/ideas, track progress, and quantify benefits
  • Continuously optimize activities within Quality Operations and OpEx remit
  • Facilitate connections between platforms for opportunities, input on changes, sharing best practices, and alignment on improvement initiatives
  • Serve as process owner for EQ business processes (e.g., Budget, Shape)
  • Monitor trends, define and oversee actions, and report EQ level metrics
  • Lead a team of approximately 20 people, providing support for input, clarification, or escalation
  • Provide oversight of EQ personnel in management and execution of EQ Quality Operations activities
  • Ensure adherence to and maintenance of EQ quality processes and systems
  • Manage quality compliance risks alongside business needs
  • Escalate issues to senior management where appropriate
  • Develop and foster an environment of innovative thinking and learning through project management, benchmarking, training, Process Excellence tools, and progress monitoring
