Responsibilities

Act as the primary EHS liaison to GPS business units (GBU, CTO & PD) and site network, translating corporate EHS goals into actionable plans tailored to manufacturing sites
Build strong working relationships with EHS, BU, site, and functional leaders; provide expert advice on EHS risks, performance metrics, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities; represent BU and site views in EHS strategy discussions
Provide EHS leadership across assigned areas, partnering with the business to ensure comprehensive EHS support, robust risk management systems, compliance, continuous improvement, and a culture of safety
Assist sites in meeting internal EHS performance targets and external regulatory obligations; support deployment of global EHS programs, standards, and tools at site level; facilitate cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing
Monitor, analyze, and report on EHS performance data, audit results, and leading indicators across manufacturing sites to identify trends, gaps, and intervention areas to reduce incidents and environmental impact
Support sites in understanding and complying with applicable EHS regulations and company standards
Engage and influence colleagues at all levels to promote a proactive safety culture; foster awareness, training, and engagement; lead safety training and communication efforts as required
Provide coaching and support the development of EHS colleagues
