Requirements

At least 10+ years of professional experience with Connectivity across different areas of a bank, including Front, Middle and Back office Connectivity
Client facing experience
Experience Project Managing and delivering projects on time, managing expectations if obstacles cause delays
Self-starter with a sense of urgency and eagerness to learn and explore new technologies to solve business problems
Strong communicator who can interact clearly and concisely with non-technical business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers
Ability to troubleshoot and logically assess problems to determine solutions
Professional experience with FIX protocol with deep knowledge and understanding
Understanding of the post-trade process and how trades allocate, book, clear, and settle
Experience with SWIFT
Experience with PB client portal and ability to walk clients through a demo
Experience in the Stock Loan process and how locates are obtained
Inquisitive by nature and a team player

Responsibilities

Work with a team of engineers and the business to build and connect systems that service clients
Handle Front to Back connectivity changes impacting Electronic Trading and Prime Services team
Manage client-facing interactions with exposure across the value chain
Learn how various sets of infrastructure communicate, including internal Clear Street connectivity, client connectivity, and vendor connectivity
Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Operations, and engineering teams
Work with third-party service providers (e.g., Broadridge, FlexTrade, Nasdaq) to orchestrate technical solutions for aggregating data for reporting, dashboards, regulatory responses, and business decisions
