Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-level community engagement strategies aligned with GMC and Buick’s brand and business goals
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on cultural trends, community dynamics, and brand storytelling
  • Lead the identification and nurturing of targeted and strategic Buick GMC communities that connect with, and elevate, the brands
  • Design and implement innovative engagement campaigns that span digital, experiential, and earned media channels, connecting deeply with the communities that Buick and GMC are targeting
  • Collaborate across functions and regions to integrate community insights into product launches, brand campaigns, and corporate initiatives
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with cultural leaders, influencers, and community partners
  • Use advanced analytics and insights to evaluate impact and optimize engagement strategies
  • Drive change by proposing and implementing new methods, systems, and policies that enhance community connection and brand equity
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
  • Influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders through compelling narratives and strategic counsel
  • Lead large-scale projects with broad visibility and measurable contributions to GM’s functional and enterprise outcomes
