• Salary:
  • Zone A: $234,000 – $344,300 USD
  • Zone B: $220,500 – $323,600 USD
  • Zone C: $206,100 – $302,900 USD
• Bonus Program: Eligible for company-wide bonus program (target amounts vary by career level and are based on company performance).

This role is for a visionary Director of Applied AI to lead the development and integration of AI solutions, enhancing internal operations and customer experiences, and shaping the company's AI strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with Webflow’s business goals and technological roadmap.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of AI professionals, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to identify AI integration opportunities and ensure seamless implementation.
• Innovation and Research: Stay updated on AI trends and technologies, evaluating their applicability to Webflow and driving innovation through research and experimentation.
• Operational Excellence: Implement best practices for AI development and deployment, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and ethical considerations.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to assess AI initiative impact, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Professional Development: Webflow will support in identifying and incorporating your interests and development opportunities into your role.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years in AI/ML roles.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership position overseeing AI initiatives.
