Requirements
- Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing agentic AI systems (autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks)
- Strong technical depth in large language models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools
- Experience with end-to-end ownership from ideation through deployment
- Ability to lead strategic program leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in mapping business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and defining agent roles, capabilities, and governance guardrails
- Skills in building proof-of-concepts, reviewing code and prompts, guiding system design, and defining evaluation methodologies/performance benchmarks
- Capability to manage sprints, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience partnering with business leaders to translate challenges into AI solutions and quantify ROI
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (AI engineers, data scientists, UX, operations)
- Knowledge of leading organizational adoption through Centers of Excellence or transformation programs
- Expertise in overseeing integration/deployment with enterprise systems via APIs, data pipelines, and workflow platforms
- Proficiency in governance, risk management, security, and privacy standards
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of agentic AI systems to drive enterprise workflow automation and productivity
- Own the AI transformation roadmap for workflow automation, aligning initiatives with business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes
- Lead discovery and design efforts by mapping business processes, identifying high-value automation opportunities, and defining agent roles, capabilities, and governance guardrails
- Develop and prototype solutions by building proof-of-concepts leveraging LLMs, agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools
- Provide technical oversight by reviewing code and prompts, guiding system design decisions, and defining evaluation methodologies and performance benchmarks
- Drive program execution by managing sprints, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams
- Partner with business leaders to translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions and quantify ROI of automation initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including AI engineers, data scientists, UX, and operations—to deliver impactful outcomes
- Lead organizational adoption of AI tools and processes through Centers of Excellence or transformation programs
- Oversee integration and deployment, ensuring seamless connectivity between AI agents and enterprise systems through APIs, data pipelines, and workflow platforms
