  • Expertise in overseeing integration/deployment with enterprise systems via APIs, data pipelines, and workflow platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of agentic AI systems to drive enterprise workflow automation and productivity
  • Own the AI transformation roadmap for workflow automation, aligning initiatives with business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Lead discovery and design efforts by mapping business processes, identifying high-value automation opportunities, and defining agent roles, capabilities, and governance guardrails
  • Develop and prototype solutions by building proof-of-concepts leveraging LLMs, agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools
  • Provide technical oversight by reviewing code and prompts, guiding system design decisions, and defining evaluation methodologies and performance benchmarks
  • Drive program execution by managing sprints, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams
  • Partner with business leaders to translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions and quantify ROI of automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including AI engineers, data scientists, UX, and operations—to deliver impactful outcomes
  • Lead organizational adoption of AI tools and processes through Centers of Excellence or transformation programs
  • Oversee integration and deployment, ensuring seamless connectivity between AI agents and enterprise systems through APIs, data pipelines, and workflow platforms
