Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, weld engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical expertise)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in additive manufacturing
Experience with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP)
Knowledge of AI-driven manufacturing optimization and digital twin technology

Develop holistic, actionable performance reports
Promote a safety-first culture aligned with EHS practices and policies
Collaborate with the EHS team to develop safety programs
